Vulnerability – Can We Just Be Ourselves?

Through vulnerability, honesty and a willingness to express what is there, what has been felt or observed we are able to deepen our relationships and open ourselves up to more. Learning to lead and manage a team and interact with our clients/patients is asking us to grow and bring the real us to the table, not some pre-meditated version of who we think we should be or a role we need to play.
It is my belief that the more we can be ourselves in every aspect of our life, the more ‘successful’ we are because success can not be based on monetary value alone. Success is about how we are in relationship, how we are showing up day to day and the ability to be ourselves in every way.
