Time To Change My Ways

The body communicates very loudly but are we prepared to listen and then act on those messages?

When my body is tired and hurting it is impossible to deny that it is time to change the way I am with myself. That it is time to deepen my level of self-love and to honour that as a woman I need to be nurturing myself and bring gentleness to EVERYTHING that I do.

There is no need to be in pain or unwell before making the decision to be tender and loving with our body. It is actually our natural way to be ~ all you have to do is choose it.
